Every order ships free from Tokyo, Japan via ePacket Light. All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the product price — you will never be charged extra at delivery.

Order Processing

Lost or Damaged Packages
All shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@tokyospinvault.com within 14 days. We will file a claim and arrange a replacement or full refund.
