Are your products authentic?

Yes, 100%. Every item we sell is genuine Takara Tomy, sourced directly in Japan. We never sell Hasbro versions, counterfeits, or "mid-fakes." Our eBay account (ninjapon) has 3,800+ positive reviews with a 99.6% rating.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Tokyo, Japan via Japan Post (ePacket Light / EMS) or DHL/FedEx Express. We deliver to 108 countries worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping (Japan Post): 5–21 days depending on destination. Express (DHL/FedEx): 2–10 days. Standard shipping is free for North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific (37 countries); reduced rates apply via Japan Post EMS for the remaining 71 countries. Orders over $300 or 3+ items qualify for free Express upgrade (up to $55 shipping value).

Do I have to pay customs duties?

No. All duties and taxes are included in the price (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). No extra charges at delivery.

What condition are the items in?

Each listing clearly states the condition: New/Sealed, New/Open Box, or Used. We photograph all items and describe any imperfections. Sealed items are stored in climate-controlled conditions.

Can you find a specific Beyblade for me?

Yes! We have access to Japanese auction sites, specialty shops, and collector networks. Contact us with what you are looking for and we will do our best to source it.

Do you offer bulk/wholesale pricing?
