Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tokyo Spin Vault.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unopened, sealed condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the buyer cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
- Email support@tokyospinvault.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return authorization and shipping address within 24 hours.
- Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns"
- Opened or used Beyblades
- Items returned after the 14-day window
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us immediately at support@tokyospinvault.com.
